Shipping Options
Cholys ships to the continental United States from our warehouse in North Miami, Florida. Free shipping is available on select products and special offers — look for the free shipping badge on eligible items. For all other products, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Processing Time
In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During peak season or after receiving a new container shipment from Argentina, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, standard delivery takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Grills ship via freight or ground carriers, and delivery times vary by distance from our Miami warehouse.
Estimated delivery windows by region:
- Southeast US (FL, GA, SC, NC, AL, TN) — 5–8 business days
- Northeast US (NY, NJ, PA, MA, CT) — 8–12 business days
- Midwest US (IL, OH, MI, TX, CO) — 8–12 business days
- West Coast (CA, WA, OR, AZ) — 10–15 business days
These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier availability and weather conditions.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Use the tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.
If you haven't received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
In-Store Pickup

Large Item Delivery
Grills are heavy items and ship via freight or ground carriers. Here's what to expect:
- Delivery is to your curbside or front door (not inside your home)
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery and sign if required
- Inspect the packaging before signing — note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
- If the box is damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours
