At Cholys, we stand behind every product we sell. As an authorized dealer with direct access to manufacturers like Tromen, we don’t just sell grills — we support them. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery — because we want you to feel confident about your purchase.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
  • All original parts, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Used, assembled, or installed items.
  • Clearance and final sale items.
  • Custom or special-order products.
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” in the product description.
  • Items requested for return after the 30-day window.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Contact our team at (786) 332-1154 or email info@cholys.com. We’ll guide you through every step:

  1. Submit your return request by phone or email.
  2. You’ll receive a confirmation email with return instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization number and shipping details.
  4. Ship the item back within 30 days of receiving approval.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Important: All shipping costs — both the original order shipping and the return shipping — are the responsibility of the buyer. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Items must be insured by the buyer for the full product value during return transit.

For items requiring freight shipping, a photo of the item in its current condition is required before authorization.

Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, Cholys has you covered. As an authorized dealer, we work directly with the manufacturer on your behalf — no runaround, no delays.

Here’s how we handle it:

  • The item must be within the manufacturer’s warranty period.
  • Provide us with the serial number, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the defect.
  • Our expert team will troubleshoot with you to confirm the issue.
  • We’ll file the claim directly with the manufacturer and keep you updated throughout the process.
  • If approved, the manufacturer will provide repair, replacement parts, or a full replacement as covered by their warranty.
Recommendation: We recommend inspecting all items upon delivery before installation. Cholys is not responsible for labor costs related to defective products, but we will prioritize your claim to minimize any inconvenience.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, act quickly — we’re here to help:

  • Report any damage within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Inspect all items upon delivery, even if you’re not installing them right away.
  • If possible, refuse the damaged item with the carrier at the time of delivery.
  • If accepted, report the damage to us within 7 days. Do not use the item.
  • Keep all original packaging for inspection purposes.

We’ll offer you the best solution:

  • Replacement parts at no cost.
  • A discount to keep the item as-is.
  • A full return for refund or replacement.
For damage reported after 7 calendar days, we may not be able to process a claim.
